Byron brings a global perspective and over 30 years of extensive retail marketing and design experience across all sectors, from convenience and mass market to luxury. Before becoming Managing Partner of BDL Partners, Byron served as Executive Director of Client Services for Bona Design Lab and previously as Senior Account Director at CBX, where he oversaw global retail initiatives.  Prior to that, he was an Account Director at Miller Zell. Throughout his career, Byron has led a wide range of initiatives for companies such as Duane Reade, Crayon, Saks, SOL, AMPM, Walmart, and Wawa, among others.
